How we make money

Some links on this site are affiliate links, including links to booking platforms such as Klook and Agoda. If you click one and then book or buy something, we may earn a small commission. You don't pay anything extra.

Commissions don't decide what goes on a list or where it ranks. Many of the places we recommend, such as free attractions and hawker centres, don't earn us anything at all.

Affiliate links are marked as sponsored in the page code, and every article with them says so at the top.
