Ten Tenths

Havelock 2

By Moody Munchkin · Visited September 2026

Ten Tenths is a very small eatery in the basement of Havelock 2, beside Clarke Quay station, with limited seating. The dishes get served to you, but you help yourself to the sauces and utensils. Seats fill up fast.

The char siew and siew yoke (roast pork) rice bowls are delish, each around $10. They come with a jammy egg, steaming white rice and piquant homemade chilli sauce, and the combo is hard to beat. Every rice bowl also comes with a free soup.

There are sides of fried wanton and herbal chicken too, but the star is undoubtedly the char siew or siew yoke bowl.
